Flex has no monthly fee; the disclosed commission applies only to completed direct PropPortal bookings.
Create your PropPortal account in the app and set up your portfolio. Property management unlocks when a paid PropPortal subscription is already active on your account. Software plans are not sold inside the app, and software-plan checkout is not available here. Existing customers with an active subscription can sign in. Rent and other real-world payments remain available.
