What Managed includes
- Day-to-day tenant communications and rent follow-up

What Managed excludes
- Buying or selling property on your behalf
- Legal representation or court appearances
- Capital improvements outside the agreed spend / reserve rules
- Guaranteeing occupancy or rental yield
- Managing properties outside Nigeria
Pricing: 10% of collected rent
There is no monthly platform fee for Managed. The management fee is deducted from collected rent before remittance. Spend authority, emergency limits, and the maintenance reserve are set in the in-app agreement — typically starting around 10% unless your commercial terms differ.

Create your account
Register as a landlord with Managed intent and complete KYC / bank payout details.

Property checklist
Add property details, units and rents, tenants/leases, bank instructions, and maintenance notes.

Sign the Managed agreement
Review fee %, spend authority, and reserve rules in-app, then accept. PropPortal countersigns after reserve funding.
Coverage confirmed during onboarding
Managed is for properties in Nigeria, including portfolios owned from abroad. Lagos is our initial operating beachhead. Enquiries from other cities are assessed individually, and the Managed agreement records the field coverage PropPortal can provide before service begins.

What does PropPortal Managed include?
