You can initiate deletion of your PropPortal account after signing in below. We verify your current password, record the request for the privacy team, and confirm completion within 30 days. Leases, completed payments, tax, fraud-prevention, and similar records are retained only where a lawful basis requires it.
Landlords and tenants can also open Settings → Request account deletion after signing in on the website or the home-screen web app.
