Events subscriptions are billed in NGN. Each plan card shows its PropPortal booking fee. Booking fees apply only to online bookings paid through PropPortal. Offline or manually recorded bookings carry no PropPortal booking fee. Payment-processing fees are charged separately.
VAT: A 7.5% Nigerian VAT is applied to landlord subscription payments at checkout. Plan prices shown exclude VAT.
Create your PropPortal account in the app and set up your portfolio. Property management unlocks when a paid PropPortal subscription is already active on your account. Software plans are not sold inside the app, and software-plan checkout is not available here. Existing customers with an active subscription can sign in. Rent and other real-world payments remain available.

How billing works
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal without ending the period already paid for. A 7.5% Nigerian VAT is applied to landlord subscription payments at checkout. Plan prices shown exclude VAT.
