How billing works
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal without ending the period already paid for. A 7.5% Nigerian VAT is applied to landlord subscription payments at checkout. Plan prices shown exclude VAT.
Construction expense and approval tools keep an operational record; they do not move project funds or mark a request paid automatically.
